About the Editorial Team
An independent editorial resource that reviews the broker FXTM for readers in the United Arab Emirates, without providing financial services or advice.
Details of our partnerWhat This Document Covers
This page describes the remit and working methods of the independent editorial team that produces the FXTM review on this site. It explains what a review can and cannot tell a reader, the editorial boundaries the team observes, how the site is funded, how often material is revisited, how the broker is tested and scored, and how a reader may challenge anything published here. It does not describe the broker's services, terms, or performance beyond what appears in the published review, and it is not a substitute for the review itself.
The site is an editorial resource. It is not the broker, it is not affiliated with the broker, and it does not provide financial services, accounts, deposits, or advice. Nothing published here should be read as a recommendation to open an account, deposit funds, or trade. Readers in the United Arab Emirates remain responsible for their own decisions and for checking any matter that matters to them against the broker's own documents and the applicable rules.
The Limits of a Review
A review is a snapshot of observable facts and documented terms at a point in time. It can describe what the broker publishes about itself, what a test account shows, and what public records and reader reports indicate. It cannot see a reader's personal circumstances, tax position, or objectives, and it cannot predict how a broker will behave in future market conditions or in a dispute that has not yet arisen.
Scores and summaries are editorial judgements, not measurements of safety or suitability. A high or low score reflects the weighting the team applies to the criteria it can examine; it does not certify that funds are secure or that any particular outcome will follow. Where information was unavailable, the review should say so rather than fill the gap with inference.
Readers should treat the review as one input among several, and should verify fees, leverage, withdrawal terms, and complaint routes directly with the broker before acting. A review cannot transfer responsibility for a decision to the editorial team.
What We Will Not Do
The team does not open accounts for readers, accept deposits, place orders, or manage money in any form. It does not give personal recommendations, portfolio guidance, or tax advice, and it does not tell a reader whether to trade or refrain from trading.
The team does not accept payment for a favourable verdict, does not allow the broker to preview or approve a review before publication, and does not remove critical findings at the request of the subject of a review. It does not publish invented details: no licence numbers, registration details, addresses, telephone numbers, or e-mail addresses are fabricated, and where a contact route is needed the site points to the contact form on this site.
The team does not claim regulatory status, licensing, or endorsement by any authority, and it does not present itself as an official source. It does not name or compare other brokers, platforms, or partners in its published material, and it does not use marketing language or promise any financial outcome.
How the Site Is Funded
The site is funded by advertising and by commercial arrangements that are kept separate from editorial work. Advertising space may be sold, and the site may receive compensation from commercial partners, but no payment buys a verdict, a score, or a place in the ranking, and no advertiser sees a review before it is published.
Where a commercial relationship exists, the review page discloses it in plain terms. The editorial team controls what is published; the commercial side controls where advertising appears. If a conflict cannot be managed, the team's practice is to disclose it or to decline the arrangement, not to soften the finding.
The site does not sell editorial content, does not charge readers for access, and does not accept payment to suppress a complaint or a negative finding. Funding decisions are made with the aim of keeping the review free to read and free to criticise.
Testing, Scoring, and Challenges
Each review is built from a documented test of the broker's public materials, a test account where one is available, and checks against published terms and reader reports. The team records what it examined, the date of examination, and any criterion it could not assess. Scoring uses stated criteria and weights, applied consistently across reviews, and the review should show enough of the reasoning for a reader to follow how a score was reached.
Pages are revisited on a scheduled cycle and sooner when the broker changes material terms, when a significant reader report arrives, or when a regulator publishes something relevant. The review shows the date of the last revision. Where a change is material, the team notes what changed rather than quietly rewriting the page.
A reader who believes something published here is wrong, out of date, or unfair may raise it through the contact form on this site, quoting the page and the passage. The team will check the point against its records, correct clear errors, and add a note where the interpretation is disputed. The aim is not to defend the text but to keep it accurate.
